Evgeniya Bagina is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with more than ten years of experience in Canadian immigration and a strong international background in project management. Her combination of immigration expertise and project-management discipline shapes the way she approaches complex files: strategically, systematically and with close attention to timing, documentation and the client’s ultimate objective.
A major focus of Evgeniya’s practice is employer immigration. She works with Canadian businesses seeking to hire and retain foreign professionals, including matters involving Labour Market Impact Assessments, work permits, extensions and longer-term permanent residence strategies. Her practice also includes family sponsorship, federal and provincial permanent residence programs, temporary residence and citizenship matters.
Evgeniya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching and a Master’s degree in Economics and Marketing. Her international professional experience gives her a practical understanding of business operations, cross-cultural communication and the realities faced by people building careers and lives across borders.
Outside her immigration practice, Evgeniya is passionate about healthy living and nutrition. She enjoys Argentine tango and has a strong personal and professional interest in nutrition and healthy lifestyle coaching.

Carolina Gonzalez Mutis is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and an experienced international education professional. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and brings more than 15 years of experience working with international students in overseas education.
Her background gives her a strong understanding of the decisions international students and families face when choosing an educational pathway in Canada. Carolina’s approach is centered on identifying the most appropriate solution for each client and providing clear, practical guidance throughout the process.
Carolina works in English and Spanish and contributes particular strength in international education and student-focused immigration matters.
